Meganote A simple way to capture, organize, and find information Product

Meganote is a cross-platform note-taking product that brings ideas, tasks, and important information into one searchable workspace. It combines quick note creation with folders, topics, tags, smart tag suggestions, and flexible search tools.

Problem

Important information was often scattered across messages, documents, browser tabs, and different applications. Users spent too much time searching for notes, lost context, and sometimes overlooked important tasks.

Many existing tools were either too basic for organizing large amounts of information or too complex for everyday use.

Solution

We designed a clear and flexible workspace where users could quickly create notes, organize them with folders and tags, and find any detail through search and filters.

The product included:

Registration and onboarding Note creation and editing Text-formatting tools Topics, folders, and tags Smart tag suggestions Search and filtering Desktop and mobile interfaces Empty, error, and system-feedback states Product Impact

The resulting experience made information easier to capture, organize, and retrieve. It reduced the time spent searching for content, lowered the risk of overlooking important tasks, and helped users keep their personal and professional information under control.

The scalable design system also improved interface consistency and provided the development team with reusable components for future product growth.

My Role

Senior UI/UX Designer & Product Designer

I was responsible for the product’s UX and visual design direction—from defining the structure and key user scenarios to creating the final interface and design system.

My work included:

Information architecture User flows and interaction logic Wireframes and interface concepts Onboarding and authentication flows Note editor, navigation, search, folders, and tags Desktop and mobile layouts Design system and component library Interface states and interaction patterns Custom icon set and illustrations Promotional landing page Design preparation and support during development Team and Process

Meganote was developed in collaboration with the Raiok team. The cross-functional team included two developers, the Head of the Project Department, and me as the Senior UI/UX and Product Designer.

Together, we defined product requirements and priorities. I translated them into user scenarios, information architecture, wireframes, and final UI solutions. Design decisions were regularly reviewed with the developers to ensure that the experience remained useful, consistent, and technically feasible.

The result was not just a collection of screens, but a complete and scalable product system ready for further development.
